Tamper-Evident Security Bags support controlled casino handovers between the gaming floor, cage, count room, card-control, surveillance and security teams. Each 220 × 320 mm bag has an individual serial number, a one-time adhesive closure and writing areas for Date, Amount $ and Prepared By. Choose an opaque bag when the contents should remain concealed or a transparent bag when visual confirmation is useful. The bags are suitable for cash, high-denomination chips, playing cards and sensitive gaming items—including roulette balls or accessories retained for review after a dispute. Once sealed, an opening attempt is intended to leave visible evidence at the closure, helping staff identify whether access may have occurred before the next documented handover.

Choose the required level of visibility

Both versions provide the same practical format and documented sealing process. The opaque bag keeps contents out of view during internal movement or storage, while the transparent bag allows staff to check the type and approximate arrangement of the contents without opening it.

  • Opaque bag for concealed contents
  • Transparent bag for immediate visual confirmation
  • One consistent size for easier procedural standardisation

Support a documented chain of custody

The individual serial number can be entered into a handover log, incident report or internal control record. Staff can complete the printed Date, Amount $ and Prepared By fields before sealing, helping the receiving team compare the bag with the accompanying documentation.

  • Unique bag reference for each transfer
  • Clear preparer and date fields
  • Declared-amount field for cash or chip movements
  • Single-use closure prevents the same bag from being presented as newly sealed

Secure sensitive and disputed gaming items

In addition to cash handling, the bags provide a practical way to isolate items that should remain untouched pending review. Playing cards, high-value chips, roulette balls or small gaming accessories can be sealed and identified before transfer to surveillance, security, management or technical personnel.

  • Separate disputed items from normal operating stock
  • Reduce unnecessary handling before inspection
  • Keep the item, serial number and handover record connected
  • Suitable for routine procedures and exceptional incidents
